We worked with Devangi as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she did a wonderful job helping things run smoothly on our big day / weekend. Although she was newer to the industry, you could tell she was committed, thoughtful, and detail-oriented throughout the process.

She took the time beforehand to gather all of our vendor information, introduce herself to everyone, and familiarize herself with our timeline — which gave us peace of mind leading up to the wedding. Deciding to hire a day-of coordinator was a last-minute decision for us, but it ultimately became one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We contacted Devangi just three weeks before our wedding date, seeking her assistance in coordinating both our sangeet night and wedding day to ensure everything proceeded seamlessly.

Since we both reside in California while our wedding was scheduled to take place in Charlotte, NC, the time difference presented a significant challenge in communicating with our vendors. 

In the end, having Devangi coordinate with our vendors was instrumental in ensuring a smooth wedding weekend. When we wished to make adjustments during the weekend, Devangi acted swiftly to facilitate those changes as best as possible. We are immensely grateful to have found such an exceptional coordinator who helped alleviate our stress and allow us to truly enjoy our special moment.
